Am i being ripped off or is it just me?driving lessons good or bad?is it him or me?

hiya, ive had 34 hours at least of driving lessons now, an yes i can drive at 60mph , i can go round round abouts i can stop at traffice lights etc i can stop at the side of the road.but.......i have not done emergency stop, i havent done any monuvers like reversing ,parking etc.could it be that im just really rubbish, why havent i done any of these?ive spoken another learner an she has started all this stuff within her first 8 hours!surely i should at least have covered emergency stop first lesson for safety??i like my instructor anwe get on really well but is he ripping me off?what do you guyd think?thanks xx
