Does anyone know how to make a Nagini costume (snake) for the Harry Potter Premiere?

My cousin and I are dressing up for the premiere (he's going as the Gryffindor sword) and are really excited for it, but I'm not quite sure how to make a snake costume (I dont know how to sew). I was thinking of just wrapping fabric around myself, but if anyone has any other better ideas, or specifically, knows what I could do for a snake head, I would really appreciate it!!!
