Why does my cat chew on EVERYTHING?

She chews on EVERYTHING. including chords, paper, nail filers, lighters, basically anything she can put her mouth on, including my toes. She is almost 2 years old so she is not a kitten anymore, why does she do this????? It is so frustrating, I just exchanged my $200 cell phone that came with ear buds because the p hone was messing up and now she chewed up the new ear buds UUUGHHH
