Does anyone ever cut because they made a mistake in their relationship?

I've been making A lot of mistakes lately...I've been getting very overly jealous when my boyfriend talks to other girls and well he got really mad at me about it and every time I make the stupid mistakes I go cut myself...does anyone else cut when they feel like since they made a mistake they need to punish themselves? Also, I cut with a nail filer is that okay?
