For the first picture, I suggest you purchase a standard hoop skirt frame and simply spray paint it black. As for the dresses, look up a seamstress in your area. A decent one can look at a picture and do an amazing recreation from it. And, best of all, their prices are way more reasonable then you'd think so I really think you should send the links to at least a couple and get quotes emailed about to you for about how much it would cost. And, since its being made just for you, it'll have a perfect fit; much better than off-the-rack! Happy Haunting!
