What fabric should I use for for cosplay as CC from Code Geass?

I'm cosplaying at a convention this October as CC from Code Geass, and I wanna know what type of fabric is good for the costume. (I mean, I want it to look like as much as possible like the real one). I don't think it's Latex (someone told me) so please, I need suggestions, not sarcastic answers or the like.
