Where Can I Find Red Ribbon?

I am going to my cousin's wedding in 6 days, and the dress I bought, me not thinking, is cream colored. I am trying to off set it and get a red ribbon to tie around my waist as well as red jewelry so I am not in all cream or white. The problem is that I am having a hard time finding thick ribbon that would suit the dress. I ave checked local fabric and crafts stores and cannot find any. I want it thick and dressy because my dress is on the dressy side. Can anyone point me to some websites to find anything? It can be any color, as the wedding is spring themed. Help!
