Adoption tax credit moving a little faster than anticipated?

Well we sent ours in on Jan 31 paper the only way it would let you and around the 15th it said we would get it back march 22, Then it said we would be getting a letter wanting more info. After waiting weeks for this letter I got it today. Wow it said that they were reviewing it and if I don't hear from them in 45 days to call them. It said at this time they don't need any more info just reviewing it because of the adoption credit. Well I guess every one will be getting this letterCP05 so they can hold your money even longer. They will send your tax money without any of the Adoption credit and then make you wait. I still think it is to good to be true, I wish I knew even one person who has gotten the Adoption credit refund. It would make me feel better. But can't find any one saying it has happened yet.
