Why do Bush tax cuts give the richest 5% a cut that's 42 times bigger than the cut received by the bottom 60%?

Because they are the "job creators". Oops, unemployment is still over 9% even with the extension of the ADDITIONAL tax cuts for the top 2%. My bad.
