How to make an english saddle pad?

my mom has tons of fabric for it, so i just need a video or something on how to make english saddle pads. my saddle seat size is 15" so yah, i don't have any saddle pads, and right now can't afford them, so i want one that will last me for a little while, until i get a really nicely made saddle pad. thanks
