I'm sad, can you cheer me up?

I've had the worst week ever. First my x called me emo and started calling me a b****. Then he spread a rumor about him getting up my shirt and now all the guyd are bugging me about it. Then i lost one of my best friends because of a guy, and a bunch of other stuff. Please say somthing to cheer me up. :(
