WHY IS WMR NOT UPDATING?

i filed on the 9th was accepted on the 17th.. Checked the wmr site on wednesday and had we have recieved your return and it is being processed with the feb 1st date. Its the 29th now and im still getting this msg. Whats goin on? Am i going to be audited? Will it show on the site if i am?. I have no reference codes or delays. i did ask for my refund to be mailed.. Is that why?. I am so scared because i dnt know whats goin on. I am a first time filer. Is that why? When i talked to a rep she just said it would take some additional processing? Wat does that mean? Please help. I need answers.
