OWWW!! just go nail extensions & they hurt sooooo bad what do i do :((?

ive had them many times before but these killll she filed then down with an electric filer thing so baddd it felt like my nail was burning, & now 2 hours later they acheee what will stop the pain?????? pleasee helppp
