Getting nails done is it sanitary........?

the place i go is so clean that its like a doctor kind of thing you have to make an app, and before you go they make you sign a paper saying that you've watched them clean their tools and what not and if you get an infection or something its not their fault. and then the next time you go you call in and if you are already registered you no longer have to go through the procedure
