Good Fabric Marker/Paint/Paint Marker Brands & Where Can I Get Them In Ireland?

I really want to paint this new pair of white vans I got and I'm wondering what brand of fabric markers/paints/paint markers are the best (i already have some, but they wash out D: it sucks..). I also want to know where to get them in Ireland... thanks <3 :] PLUR
