How to get rid of tiny plantar wart?

Two years ago, I had warts and as they spread they got worse. They were so deep, I had to get them surgically removed. Since they are all gone now, but I have a tiny tiny one starting to form on the side bottom of my foot. I remember the doctor gave me lazerformalyde solution for my foot before my surgery. I grabbed that and used it on my foot and when it was dry I used a nail filer to take all the dead skin off. It looks a little smaller now, but should I use anything else since its so small? It looks all dried up and pretty small. Should I keep up what I'm doing and don't use anything else?
