Stocking 10 gallon tank?

i recently bought a 10 gallon tank and plan on transferring my betta and ghost shrimp from his 2 gallon tank and I am currently cycling the 10 gallon.I also have everything set up;plants, filer,and heater. so i was wondering if i could put anything else in there, i was thinking some small schooling fish (tetras, platys,zebra danios, ect.) and/or 2 african dwarf frogs(or anything else that can live with a betta and is easy to care for).I didn't know if i might be over stocking or if some of these fish aren't compatible. i really appreciate all the help guys.
